Is Traffic and Rules are interlinked here definitely not. When it comes to traffic we are extremely good in creating it and when it comes to following rules were are below substandard in following it. From where it all starts, when a regular office goers was late as he/she loses patience and where time becomes enemy results in a death race to reach the office. At that kind of situation the only thing in his/her mind is to reach the destination as soon as possible whether in good or bad manner. The traffic rules won't be in front of him/her at that circumstances. Another type is knowing the rules very well and not obeying it carelessly.
